How to Search
Conducting searches in UKTS is simple and flexible. You can search right now using the form to the right or read on to find out a little more about how to utilise our searching system.
Filter For Specific Positions
UKTS categorise every advertised position, to create a drop down list of existing vacancies. If you can't see a specific position type here this is because there are currently no active jobs for that category. You can do a search using only the position filter or you can use this in conjunction with a keyword search to further refine your results.
Keyword Searching
The keyword search will display positions where your keywords appear in the title or description of the advertised position. Simply enter the keyword you are interested in and hit search. When searching for subjects known more commonly by acronyms or initialisms, such as Physical Education or Information Communication Technology, ensure you use a full stop between each letter. For example P.E. or I.C.T.
Using Multiple Keywords
To further tune your search you can look for multiple keywords by separating your entries with commas.
Finding Regional or International Jobs
You can find regional or international jobs by utilising the region dropdown. Regions are broken down in order of England, Ireland, Scotland, Wales, International.
Finding Jobs Near You
The UKTS postcode search will only work with UK format postcodes. Simply enter your full UK postcode and select a radius from the dropdown (from 5 to 50 miles). The postcode search can be used in conjunction with keyword and position searches.
